This villa of 200 sqm consists of one floor; it can accommodate up to 9 people.
Surrounded by a well-kept garden with lawn, it has two wonderful wooden porches on the north side and on the ovest side of the house; each porch with dining table and seating for up to 12 people, ideal for outdoor dining. From the north side porch you can glimpse the village of Manciano which is 4 km away.
Inside the villa, there is a large and comfortable living room, furnished with sofas, a library and a fireplace. As an additional room, there is a bright and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer and breakfast table. The sleeping area consists of 5 sunny and colorful bedrooms – 4 double rooms and one single room, all provided with closet and ensuite bathroom with shower. The villa is equipped with air conditioning.
