Villa Quercia
With its 500 sqm, Villa Quercia is the largest of the three villas in Querciafelice estate and it consists of two floors. It can accommodate up to 5 people.
Villa Quercia is surrounded by a pleasant garden with lawn, and it has a beautiful porch with comfortable elegant seating, with a dining table up to 12 people; another porch with dining table up to 8 people is in front of the kitchen.
At the ground floor one finds a beautiful entrance hall, and on the left a bright living room with two groups of very comfortable sofas, furnished with a wall library and a fireplace, as well as various arts pieces. Next to the living room a large dining room with an antique table and direct access to the outdoor patio. To complete the floor a lovely bathroom for guests, with an antique bathtub.
At the upper floor two comfortable double bedrooms and another single room with a queen-size bed. The two double bedrooms share a communicating beautiful spacious bathroom provided with sink, shower, bathtub and two separate toilets.
Upon request guests of Villa Robinie and Villa Gelso may access the fully equipped kitchen. This is the main kitchen of the estate where it’s possible to arrange cooking lessons, social occasions and private events. The villa is equipped with air conditioning.
